I don’t usually binge, although this weekend I did have a few too many Oreos. They
are used to be my favorite cookie, & I haven’t had any since I started eating healthier - which was in February.
Breakfast multivitamins; Honey Bunches of Oats with Almond, organic 2% reduced fat milk
Morning Snack Dunkin Donuts glazed Munchkin; Quaker oatmeal raisin cookie
Post-Workout Snack chocolate milk
Lunch Wonder bread, Oscar Mayer honey ham, Hellmann’s mayonnaise
Dinner fish sticks, french fries, ketchup, Budweiser
Dessert Weight Watches mint chocolate chip ice cream
