Day 10: What was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss?”
I haven’t given anything up, per se. For example, I like cookies & other sweet snacks, so instead of buying the ones I have had in the past I have found healthier alternatives.

Breakfast calcium chew; rye toast, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter
Morning Snack Special K brown sugar cinnamon pastry crisps
Post-Workout Snack chocolate milk
Lunch Taco Bell crunchy tacos
Afternoon Snack Quaker chocolate & almond cookie
Dinner rotini pasta, Ragu spaghetti sauce
Dessert strawberries
