Day 12: What do you normally eat?
For breakfast I usually have cereal, Lean Cuisine for lunch, & whatever my family is having for dinner. I also snack a lot on most days.
Breakfast calcium chew; Honey Bunches of Oats with Almond, organic 2% reduced fat milk
Morning Snack Big Red Gum; Special K brown sugar cinnamon pastry crisps
Lunch Wonder bread, Oscar Mayer honey ham, Hellmann’s mayonnaise
Post-Workout Snack chocolate milk
Afternoon Snack Special K cheddar cracker chips; Del Monte strawberry fruit chiller; Quaker chocolate & almond cookie
Dinner Lean Cuisine three cheese rigatoni
Dessert Kashi crackers, Laughing Cow cheese
